This home has been poorly flipped in recent years. We aim to bring new, quality finishes to the space so it no longer feels like a cheap flip. The single bathroom brings challenges with guests , offering little privacy and requiring people to “schedule” their bathroom breaks with others. By converting the master closet and vanity into an en-suite, we can eliminate this issue and bring the home to a 3-bed, 2-bath. The third main goal of this renovation is creating greater accessibility and cleanliness for the existing laundry area by closing it off from the rest of the garage.
